HELP Services Ltd. is a company promoted by a young team of professionals drawn from various fields like environment and pollution control, waste management, finance etc. Promoters are having rich experience of 15 to 20 years in their respective fields.

AHMED LAKADIA

Mr. Ahmed Lakadia , the Managing Director of the Company, is third generation entrepreneur having experience of nearly two decades in Waste Management Sector. He has been associated with the company since inception of the Company as Promoter. He is responsible for the overall working of the Company and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the Company.

He started his journey with Alka Barrel and Container, which used to deal in Decontamination of Packing Material in the year 1996. He has been in the waste management industry mainly into decontamination of Packing Material and Re-refining of used oil since then. He started his working from the grass root level and through trial and error in all this years he has now gained expertise in this field through his skill, knowledge, dedication and confidence. His sound knowledge helps the company in entire implementation of project in a given time frame with cost cutting and strict adherence to the required parameters decided to install the latest technological machines. He is involved in formulating marketing strategies, implementation of entire project, pollution control certification, installation of machines, negotiations with suppliers, government bodies, architects and other regulatory authorities.

DIPEN BANKER

Mr. Dipen Banker, the Whole Time Director and CFO of the company is a Commerce Graduate and holds the degree of ATC granted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has an experience of more than two decade in the field of Audit, Taxation, Project Finance, Business set ups, Reorganization, Business Rehabilitation and Capital Structuring & Restructuring.

He heads the finance and accounts department of the Company and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the company. He has been instrumental in establishing the present waste management company in acquisition of land and coordination with various government bodies for the clearance of the project including Ministry Of Environment and Forestry, New Delhi.

M.ANAS PATEL

Mr. Anas Patel is a young engineer in environmental science. He has completed post-graduation in environmental science from Bangalore University in the year 2010 and then commenced his career as environment scientist with Day Star Enviro Consultant. He then moved as Head, Environment with M/s Shreeji Aqua Treatment Pvt Ltd, company engaged in providing Environmental & Engineering Solutions, Consulting services in the field of Environment, Health, Safety & Energy audits. R&D services for testing, commissioning and trouble shooting of polluted area. He also worked as GPCB approved environment Audit team member during the period. Lastly, he had been with the renowned environment consultant M/s Kadam Environmental Consultant and Worked as NABET Approved Functional Area Expert (FAE), Category B – Solid and Hazardous Waste Management Consists Municipal Solid Wastes (MSW), Non-hazardous industrial Solid Wastes (ISW), Hazardous Wastes including biomedical waste (HW) in different industrial and infrastructure projects.

He is guiding the company in the environmental & technical aspects of the projects.

PRAFUL VACHHANI

Mr. Praful Vachhani, is Ex- GPCB officer (1986-2018) holds bachelors degree in Civil Engineering has worked with the Gujarat Pollution Control Board at various positions. He has also completed International Training Programme in Solid Waste Management from Chalmers University of Technology. He is a national award winner for Excellence in Government Process Re-engineering.
